Meet Nik
Nik founded Nik n Mix in 2021 pursuing her dream after an 18 year Army Career within the Mental Health & Social Work sector. After an action packed career she decided that green was no longer her colour and turned her world pink. Expanding from her home kitchen into a small kitchen within a local bar, then into the current store, she prides herself on a comfortable & inclusive set up for customers to dine in, takeaway or order for delivery.
Advocating for ADHD & Mental Health awareness, Nik is enjoying transitioning back into the local community and has been overwhelmed by all the love and support for the brand.
A sucker for a sausage dog... she welcomes dogs...and their owners into the store with treats to suit all members of the family...doggy pancakes and ice cream are also on the menu!
Throughout 2025 Nik n Mix will be expanding into the event world in the Vintage Pink Citroen Truck, Wholesale and external catering,
